Multi-user Access

We'll show you how to give others access to your AskAI, so they too can add content to your AskAIs

If users are asking questions of an AskAI they do not need access to an AskAI account, they will only need access if they are adding content.

The best way to let other people add content to your AskAI is to set up a password login using this link: https://myaskai.com/login_password (you will find it at the bottom of our homepage for future reference), then share that password with them, you will then all have access to the same account where each person can add content.

The other approach would be to signup with a shared email inbox so you can still use your magic link login.

We are also looking into adding multi-user access and SSO sign-on in the future.
