Automatic Content Updates

Ensure your content is always in-sync with your AskAI by using Automatic Updates.

The automatic updates will refresh the content on all of the web pages you have uploaded to your AskAI. Updates frequency is based on your plan:

• Hobby: Monthly

• Pro and above: Weekly

Google Drive and Notion files and pages update every 24 hours.

It won’t crawl for new pages automatically e.g. find new pages, if you want to look for new pages you must re-crawl the site using the Add Entire Website feature.

If you have updated a page and can’t wait you can also click the refresh button on that piece of content to instantly update it.
