Customize Your Welcome Message
Change how your AskAI greets new users when they start chatting (Chat mode).
Or follow our step-by-step instructions below
1. Open the Dashboard: myaskai.com/ask-ai-dashboard
2. Click "Open AskAI" on the AskAI you'd like to edit
3. Click here Customize/Settings.
4. Click the "Hey there, how can I help?" field.
Tip: Tip: This can be a great opportunity to give your users instructions of how to ask questions or set their expectations about what your AskAI will be able to answer (and what it won't)
5. Type your Weclome message
6. Click "Save changes"
7. You're all done!
