Does the chat have a human handover option to pass the chat to a live agent if the AI can’t answer?

No, we do not have a feature that allows you to hand over directly to a live agent or employee within your AskAI.

You could however customise your β€œI don’t know” message with details of how to get in touch with your team (or include a link) if the AI is unable to answer or you could use your AskAI via API and a 3rd party tool, which would allow you to control what happens when your AskAI is unable to answer a question.
