Number of conversations depends on the plan you are on, from 50 per month on Free, 200 per month on Essentials, 1,000 on Pro and $99 per month for each additional 1,000 conversations. 1 conversation can have multiple questions.

Number of questions depends on the plan you are on, from 50 per month on Free, 1,000 per month on Hobby, 10,000 on Pro and unlimited on Beast.

Content updates

Webpages updated weekly on all plans and new pages automatically added on paid plans (Essentials and Pro).

Webpages updated monthly on Hobby plans and weekly on Pro and Beast plans. New webpages must be manually added. Google Drive and Notion updates daily.

Human handover

Handover to livechat tools (e.g. Hubspot, Intercom and more) and email.

No human handover option.
