How To Correct An "I don't know" Response

This is how you can get your AskAI to provide an answer when previously it could not (i.e. you got an "I don't know" response), and also edit your corrections.

1. When you get a question your AskAI is unable to answer, you will see this pencil icon in the bottom corner of the response (top right corner in Explain mode), click it.

2. Type in the correct answer you want your AskAI to respond with next time, don't edit the question.

3. Click "Save correction"

4. Try asking the same question once more and you'll see this time it is able to answer! It'll even answer variations of the question, try it.

5. If you want to delete the correction, just click the pencil icon again.

6. Then click "View" other corrections

7. Here you'll see a list of all corrections you have made to the bot, delete any you no longer want or need.

8. Click "Cancel"
