Edit Your "I don't know" Response

Choose how your AskAI responds when it can't answer a question.

1. Open the Dashboard: myaskai.com/ask-ai-dashboard

2. Click "Open AskAI" on the AskAI you'd like to edit

3. Click Customize/Settings.

4. Click the "I'm sorry, I don't know the answer" field.

5. Edit your "I don't know" response to say whatever you want.

Tip: Tip: Enter an email for your team in the message to ensure your users always have someone they can ask e.g. "Sorry, I can't answer that, but someone at [e-mail] will be able to"

6. Click "Save changes"
