What do I do when it is stuck on “Doing AI magic”?
Occasionally when content is being uploaded it can get ‘stuck’ with our 3rd party providers. If your content is taking longer than a few minutes to upload it is probably stuck and you should cancel the upload or delete the content and try again, it often works on a second attempt when this happens.

Uploading a file less than 25Mb but it says it is more than 25Mb?
There are a few things that can cause this issue:
Ensure you haven't accidentally selected a larger file by accident or included multiple files, one of which is over 25Mb (it happens!)
We sometimes see this issue when people are using a VPN when accessing My AskAI. If you are using a VPN, try uploading without the VPN and see if this resolves your issue.
